Sun and Fun Day Camp (Ages 5-11)
One of the Ann Arbor YMCA’s first in-house day camps, Sun and Fun provides a variety of options to fit your schedule. During the course of a week, campers will participate in large and small group games, sports, arts and crafts, free time, swimming, and dramatic play. Sun and Fun, located at the Ann Arbor YMCA, is just minutes from several local parks. Campers will enjoy spending their day with other children their age in an environment that fosters good character development and positive attitudes.
Schedule: Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For an additional fee, a pre/post-care option from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. is available.
Price: Members $190, Non-Members $210.
Pre and Post Care
Pre and post care gives parents the option of extra care at the YMCA. This is an informal time when children are supervised and allowed to play a variety of self-directed games and activities. The fee includes both pre- and post care regardless of which options are used or how many days are used.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Price: Members $30, Non-members $35
Half Day Camps
Half Day Sun and Fun Camp (Ages 5-11)
This half day option allows for a full day of camp when combined with one of our other half day specialty camps. Counselors will make sure proper transitions are made between camps. See description of Sun and Fun Day Camp for details.
Schedule: Morning Session: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; Afternoon Session: Monday-Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Price: Members $105, Non-Members $115
Whiz Kids Camp (Ages 5-8)
Sample one or all of our week long skill-building camps and increase your knowledge while having fun! Campers learn through hands-on experiences, individual and small group work and experiments in creating end products that can be duplicated at home. Activities include swimming and field trips to local attractions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Price: Members $105, Non-Members $115
