EARLY CHILDHOOD

Early Childhood Program

This full time program focuses on building strong kids. Nurturing and qualified staff guide children through an age-appropriate curriculum that develops self-help skills and instills the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

We offer two classrooms for children ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years (All Stars) or 3 1/2 to 5 years (Aviators) that provide a fun-loving, safe environment. Daily planned lessons include centers focusing on creative expression, sensory exploration, language experiences, and opportunities for age-appropriate physical activities. Our classrooms invite children to make free-choice selections throughout the day with an emphasis on dramatic play, manipulative activities, block play, and transportation examination. Children are encouraged to practice self-help skills fostering independence and a positive self-image.

The Aviator program includes twice-weekly swimming lessons. Swim instructors and classroom teachers work with the children on swimming skills as well as giving the children the opportunity for free water play.
