YMCA Adventure Guides is a program designed to provide quality time for a parent and elementary-aged child to spend together. The program’s goal is to strengthen the bonds between parents and children to help form positive, life-long relationships during the critical (and fleeting!) childhood years. The second goal of the program is to strengthen the bonds of community and create a space
for children and adults to build friendships with other families in their neighborhoods.

Two informational meetings will be held for parents on Thursday, January 10 at 6 p.m. or Sunday, January 13 at 4 p.m. in the Michigan Room at the Ann Arbor Y. RSVP’s are requested, but not required.
