Wellness Center Equipment

• Our 8200 square foot Wellness Floor features a Wellness Center with two complete Cybex Circuits - a 13-piece VR2 Cybex Circuit and a 12-piece Cybex Eagle Circuit.

• We also have a fully-equipped free weight area including a cable cross system, calf raises, leg press, Smith Machine and an assortment of dumbbells, barbells and benches.

• In the cardio-vascular equipment area, you will find an assortment of Precor Treadmills, Matrix Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, Octane Ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, Stairmasters, Cybex Arcs, Concept 2 Rowers, Nu-Steps, Ascent Trainers and Ergometers. We also have stretching mats, stability balls and other core training aids.

Use of the equipment in the Wellness Center is for members 12 years of age and older. A Wellness Center Orientation is strongly encouraged for all members and required for members 12-15 years of age. Sign up for your orientation at the Membership Services Desk.

Equipment Guidelines

All members should receive an equipment orientation.  You may sign up for this orientation at the Member Desk.  Please see Wellness Center staff for orientation assistance.

• When doing multiple strength training sets, please allow others to complete their single sets.  Please do not rest on machines.

• Please return weights, collars and other equipment to their proper place.

• Please wipe off equipment after use.  Cleaning stations can be found throughout the Wellness Center.
