Being healthy means more than just being physically active. At the Ann Arbor YMCA we provide an environment designed to support members in pursuit of well-being through a balanced spirit, mind and body. We can help you learn a new skill or hobby, make connections with friends through our various workshops and classes and strengthen bonds with loved ones through various family-centered activities.  At the Y, it's not so much about the activity you choose as it is about the benefits of living healthier on the inside and outside.
