Teen Strength and Conditioning (Ages 12-17)
In this class, participants engage in dynamic warm up routines, plyometric and agility drills and weight lifting exercises in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Instructors will prescribe an exercise progression that ensures improvements in strength, speed and agility while keeping safety a priority.

Teen Studio Cycling (Ages 12-17)
This class gives teens an invigorating workout that's on a bike, set to music. Participants will learn various spinning drills including hill climbs, sprints and interval training, along with proper cycling technique and setup. Instructors and students will keep track of their progress throughout the session.
