Aikido
Aikido is a way of study developed from the code of the Japanese Samurai. Training is vigorous and energetic, but students of any size, strength, sex or age can train together. In Aikido practice we do not have competition or sparring of any kind. Classes include exercises for improving flexibility, focus and balance, learning to fall safely, and throwing and locking techniques. Age 6 and up

Tae Kwon Do (Chung Do Kwan)

Judo
A method of self-defense and an Olympic sport, judo progressively develops falling, throwing and grappling techniques and stresses balance, timing, conditioning and cooperation with a partner. Judo club is free to students enrolled in a Judo technique class. Age 7 and up

Karate (Shotokan)
Students learn self-defense and develop balance, fitness, coordination, self-confidence and discipline through practice of basic techniques and forms. Karate Club is free to students enrolled in a Karate technique class. Ages 8-12
