Child care (ages 0-10) is available for any parent/guardian deemed an “essential employee” at the Glacier Hills YMCA Child Development Center (1200 Earhart Road, Ann Arbor 48105). The facility is open 6:15 am-6:15 pm. If you are a current Ann Arbor YMCA child care family, and are an essential employee, please contact Regional Child Care Director Lee Anna Massey at lmassey@annarborymca.org for more information or to register. If you are not a current Ann Arbor YMCA child care family, please reach out to Child Care Network for an online referral form.
- The cost for drop-in care is $30 per day for school age children and $45 per day for preschoolers. Scholarships are available.
- Parents must register by 5 pm the day before care is needed. Staff will let them know at that time if there is space available.
- Morning and afternoon snacks are provided to all. If breakfast is needed, please let staff know at time of registration and they will accomodate. Please provide a packed lunch.
