Get fit, fast! In just 40 minutes, this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class combines cardio, strength, and agility exercises to give you a full-body workout in a time-efficient format. Designed for small groups, each session is led by a certified trainer who tailors exercises to various fitness levels, ensuring everyone is challenged and motivated. Expect a dynamic, supportive environment with exercises that torch calories, build muscle, and boost endurance. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or simply get a great workout, Fit in 40:00 is here to help you achieve your goals, one intense minute at a time. Each class can have up to 10 people in it.
