The YMCA’s Parent & Me classes are for children 12 months+ who can walk independently. These classes are instructor led with parent assist with the purpose of familiarizing the children with gym equipment and the very basics of gymnastics movements.
Instructors are there to guide parents in helping their littles and to ensure the children are safe. These classes aim to help with balance and coordination and are great for developing gross motor skills.
