The YMCA Pre-K Gymnastics classes are for children ages 4-5. These classes teach children how to follow a structured class without the help of their parents. They begin to explore their limits and boundaries on the gymnastics equipment safely with the help of the instructor. Children begin to develop more physical gymnastics skills as well as independence, following directions, and taking turns.
