The YMCA Tumbling Class is strictly floor work. Beginner tumbling is for athletes who have little to no experience flipping. In this class athletes will work on drills that will help them progress their skills. They will work on strengthening and perfecting technique of skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls, as well as learning the basic aspects of more intermediate skills such as round-offs and front/back walkovers.
