Water Walking – Tues 10am

Join us for a refreshing and invigorating water walking class! Every Tuesday at 10 a.m., meet fellow members in the lap pool for a one-hour session of low-impact exercise. Perfect for older adults, beginners, or anyone seeking joint-friendly fitness! Water walking builds muscle, improves cardiovascular health, and provides gentle support for your body. Flotation belts will be provided upon request. Experience the benefits of this 7-week class and discover the joy of exercising in water!
