The Y is a starting point for many kids and teens to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. 

Our youth dance, yoga and fitness programs are designed to develop our children into physically strong kids but more importantly into kids of good strong character. We are focused on nurturing the potential of every child and teen. Through the Y’s youth fitness programs, we want to help children improve their skills, make new friends, and learn to love fitness at the Y.
