The Ann Arbor YMCA will host a LGBTQ+ Family & Friends Dinner Dance in celebration of Ann Arbor Pride from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, September 10th. The event is free and open to the LGBTQ+ community, their allies, and supporters. YMCA membership is not required to attend.
The family friendly event will feature arts and crafts, a photo booth, local D.J. Kevin Massey Sr., free food, refreshments, and more.
The dinner dance is being offered in hopes of providing a welcoming space with protection from discrimination, as well as creating an event for people to meet and socialize with like-minded peers.
