Beginning the week of Nov. 23, you will be able to choose a specific lane when making a reservation for the lap pool.
To make the transition to this new system we will be shutting off the pool reservation system on Monday, Nov. 16. As we work through the existing reservations, if you have a reservation already made, you will receive notification that your lane reservation has been cancelled. Please disregard this information and rest assured that we will move you into the same time slot, on the same date that you were originally scheduled, prior to reopening the reservation system on Nov. 23 for new bookings.
There is no impact on current pool reservations, though you will not be able to see them in the system after Monday, Nov. 16 until they go live again on Monday, Nov. 23. We advise that members make a note of current reservations prior to Monday. We will also have a record of all existing reservations at the Y should you need to confirm.
If you need to cancel a reservation for the week of Nov. 16, please email Becky Epstein at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually remove you from the slot.

If you are unable to use your reserved lap lane, please take time to cancel online or call the membership desk at (734) 996 9622 and we will cancel your reservation for you.
To ensure that we can maximize use of our lap pool for all members, if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Lanes will be assigned to other members as needed.
Members should not be on the pool deck without a reservation. If you do not have a pool reservation and choose to “walk-in”, you will be asked to wait in the lobby. If a lane becomes available, you will be permitted into the pool area.
