
This class provides an introduction to yoga poses including seated and standing postures, gentle inversions and twists and some balancing postures. The class will offer breath exercises to calm the mind and turn down the stress level. We will include some short sequences to introduce a link between breath with movement. This class offers an opportunity to learn and experience basic yoga postures. Equipment for this class: Yourselves! Optional equipment: mat, block (or books), towel and strap (or tie/belt)
