Floor barre exercises are based on the traditional ballet barre exercises (plies, tendus, degages, developes, grand battements, etc) but are done while one is reclining on the floor. Using this wonderfully effective approach you can refine your posture and increase your core strength, flexibility and turn-out. The class is perfect for adults with ballet experience, but also perfect for anyone looking for that graceful and strong ballet dancer’s body with its streamlined muscles.
