Barre 360 fuses the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body. This intensive toning class will systematically work the entire body using both barre and center exercises. By focusing on correct technique and intentional movement we will safely develop long, lean muscle lines. Please note: Monday and Tuesday classes will run 50 minutes, taught by Jan, with a more “express” 45 minute class on Friday mornings taught by Carol.
