
This unique and graceful Middle Eastern dance style provides energizing low impact dance-exercise. Beledi dance steps and isolations effectively mobilize the joints, tone muscles and increase flexibility and range of motion. Basic steps are easy to follow, and use of the veil during cool down provides excellent upper body conditioning. Veils are provided.
