How do I register my camper? There will be three ways you can register your camper:
1. Online here.
2. Over the phone by calling the Camp Office at (734) 661-8051
3. In person at the Ann Arbor YMCA. We do not offer a paper registration option. A non-refundable $150 deposit is required for each core session and $100 for Mini Camp. Deposits may be taken by cash, check or credit card, but are due at the time of registration. We require a $15 deposit for scholarship applicants. Complete payment and paperwork are due for all sessions by May 15, 2019. Please see the refund information section below.

I’ve registered. What’s next? You will receive an email at the end of April with your parent planner and instructions on how to fill out all required forms for your camper. Forms include: Health History, Cabin-mate requests, Camper Profile, etc. If you do not have access to a computer and would like to receive paper copies instead, please call the Camp Office at (734) 661-8051. All information and payment needs to be returned to the Camp Office by May 15, 2019.

How do I apply for a scholarship? You are able to apply for a scholarship at the time of registration. Registration can be accessed by clicking on the following link: https://annarborymca.campintouch.com/ui/forms/application/camper/App
We recommend signing your camper up for his or her session of choice as soon as registration opens so that your camper’s spot is reserved while we review your scholarship application. On the first page of registration where it asks for your camper’s information, make sure to select the appropriate option for whether or not you are a scholarship applicant, as well as if you’re a YMCA Member. When prompted again later in the registration form, select YES to applying for a scholarship and fill out the required information. Income documentation is required for all scholarship requests and can be submitted after registration through any of the following methods: Upload to the forms and documents section of your online CampInTouch account, email, fax or in-person at the Ann Arbor YMCA. Scholarship applicants are required to pay a $15 deposit to complete registration and reserve their camper’s spot for 2019. Scholarship applications with documentation are due by March 1, 2019. Parents can expect to hear back regarding the status of their scholarship award on March 15, 2019.

How do I pay the remaining balance? There are two options available to pay the remaining balance which you will select on the final page of the online registration form:

Monthly Payment Plan: By choosing this option you agree to have your credit card charged in equal installments on the 5th of each month from the time of registration through August. You will receive an invoice in advance so you’re aware of the amount being charged each month.

Pay in Full by May 15th: By choosing this option you agree to pay the remaining balance by May 15. If your balance is not paid in full by May 15, you authorize the Ann Arbor YMCA to charge your credit card for whatever balance remains.

Online Payments can be made at anytime by logging into your CampInTouch Account and navigating to your Financial Management section.

How do I register for additional programs?
You can register for additional programs like horseback riding, waterskiing, sailing concentration, climbing concentration or Frodo Journeys at the time of registration. If you would like to add one of these programs after you have registered, you can call us in the camp office at (734) 661-8051 to check on availability and register over the phone. We highly recommend you reserve a spot in one of these programs early, as there is a limited enrollment each session.

What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Multiple registrations may not be collapsed into a single session. In case of homesickness or voluntary withdrawal, there is no refund of any fees. Program fees (including transportation and additional programs), less deposit, will be refunded for cancellations before May 15, 2019. There will be no refunds issued for any program (including transportation and additional programs) after May 15, 2019. A physician-authorized written medical reason verifying illness or injury is required to receive a refund if a child cancels after May 15, 2019. If a camper does not show for a registered session without notice, there will be no refund issued.
