
This elite-level fitness class will challenge you to attain personal growth through individual and team-building workouts in a competitive environment. The class will draw on the benefits of competition to increase muscle building via a combination of individual effort and participant collaboration. Through timed drills, core building, speed and endurance, cutting-edge strength moves, and dynamic full-body exercises you can expect a comprehensive fitness challenge which sets a new bar each week. This class is a full 60 minutes including warm up, circuit, team competition, and cool down. *NOTE: This advanced exercise class will be extremely rigorous, and is not appropriate for beginning exercisers or those with injuries. There will be a fitness test on the first day with eight foundational exercises to ensure that it is the right fit for each participant.*
