Re-organize Your Shoulders – A New Series! Two workshops are offered in this series. In each you will learn Feldenkrais-based movement patterns that will help restore your shoulders to more optimal health. Stretching and strengthening are typical strategies for fixing physical challenges, but learning to move one’s body better to improve comfort and mobility is often overlooked. It is in this way that the movement patterns and directed attention of the Feldenkrais Method® can help. Each workshop in the series can be taken separately, but for maximum benefit consider taking both.

Special movement patterns and exercises will build awareness of your shoulders and related anatomy. Along the way your shoulders will relax, your neck will relax and your mobility will improve.
Feldenkrais Re-organizing Your Shoulders Part 2: Saturday, March 23, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
This workshop emphasizes the role of posture in shoulder health using movement patterns to improve the alignment of the shoulders, spine and head and the relationship between them. This helps to provide better skeletal support for the shoulders so that they move with enhanced mobility and comfort.
