The functional movement patterns you will learn are designed specifically to help you re-establish healthy coordination between the hips and lumbar spine so that you can move more comfortably with less strain.
Feldenkrais 2. Relax Your Neck and Shoulders. Sunday, September 24, 2017, 1:00-2:30 p.m. Relax your tense, overworked shoulders; restore freedom of movement to your head and neck; improve your flexibility (without stretching); improve your posture (without straining your shoulders). In this workshop you will learn gentle, restorative, re-organizing movements that will help to reduce chronic tension in your neck and shoulders and make them more flexible. We will also address the underlying issues that lead to tension and inflexibility. The movement sequences will be performed on the floor and/or in a chair.
