Laughter Yoga is a new technique where everyone can get the health benefits of laughter without needing comedy! The laughter is triggered at first, but with eye contact and the playfulness of a group, the laughter soon turns into genuine contagious laughing. Deep breathing exercises and a guided relaxation at the end will leave you feeling energized and happier. All ages and abilities are welcome- even those who may want to sit in a chair.
