This workshop, taught by Gwyn Jones, is designed for those individuals with mild scoliosis, osteoporosis or a kyphosis posture. You will gain knowledge and practical understanding of the relationship between your spine and your movement patterns. We will use rolling props to hydrate our tissues for better circulation and to find alignment with our spine. The workshop is inspired by the book Scolio Pilates by Karena Trek Lineback.
