Did you know squatting is a natural movement that our bodies were made to do and that squatting is for everybody? Do you realize that your posture, gait, hip, Pelvic Floor, and Knee health require regular squatting? This workshop will focus on utilizing proper squat techniques in exercise and everyday life. If your unsure about proper squatting techniques, have physical restrictions (knee-hip replacement) or even lack the mobility to get down and up off the floor, this workshop will cover the movement patterns you need to help you regain your squats.
