Options include: Moving for Better Balance, a falls-prevention program that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help older adults increase their strength, improve their balance, and increase their confidence. Tai Chi Short Form Class, a class in the official 24-step Yang style short form. Tai Chi Long Form Class, a class in the traditional 108-step Yang style long form with accompanying drills and practice exercises.
