A total body workout consisting of high intensity interval training. Cardio, strength and ab intervals will be thrown in and mixed up each week to keep your body on its toes. Each muscle group is worked to fatigue using a circuit format that incorporates cardiovascular segments to keep the heart rate elevated. Weight can be adjusted for various fitness levels and modifications will be shown for cardiovascular segments. Equipment for this class: “Medium” hand weights (5 to 12lbs). Water bottles, soup cans or other household items can be used instead of hand weights.
