FREE for members! WaterEx is a great total body workout utilizing both deep and shallow water. The class will feature cardiovascular fitness, core, and strength exercises using dumbbells, noodles, and the resistance of the water. This class, which starts in the Fall2 Session (first class November 1) is a great option for young adults looking for a fun new way to exercise.
Participants need not be strong swimmers to participate. Although a portion of the class will be taught in the deep end of the pool, modifications may be made to accommodate those more comfortable staying in the shallow end.
