GROUP EXERCISE CLASS UPDATES!
Beginning on Monday, December 19th, all group exercise programs at the Ann Arbor YMCA will be complimentary to Y memberships. Reserve your space ahead of time to guarantee your spot in the class or show up on the spot to drop-in to a new program! Note: it is strongly recommended (though not required) to reserve space ahead of time in classes with capacity restraints (Cycling, TRX, Iyengar) due to the limited equipment. Group exercise classes will not accommodate additional drop-in participants once the maximum capacity has been reached.
Non-members will be required to purchase an $18 drop-in (or an 11 -class bulk punch card) in order to attend a group exercise class.

A calendar of group exercise programs is listed here. You can reserve your space in a group exercise class exactly 7 days prior to the time the class meets. (Example: Tuesday Cycling at 5:00 p.m. will open for reservations at exactly 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday before the class meets.)

HOW TO RESERVE SPACE IN A GROUP EXERCISE CLASS
Reserving your space is easy, and almost entirely the same as our previous 7-week registration model. Simply view our group exercise schedule online and select “sign up” *. You will then need to login to your existing online account OR follow the prompts to create a new account using the email address or phone number on file at the Ann Arbor YMCA.
*Note: you are only able to begin reserving space exactly 7 days prior to the time the class meets.

Group Exercise Schedule (Begins Monday, Dec. 19th)
Swim lessons, sports, martial ways, workshops, dance and all other non-group exercise programs will continue to follow our 7-week registration model. Registration for the Winter 1 session will begin on Wednesday, December 14th for members.
