Travel Strong: No Gym Required

Travel can disrupt even the most disciplined training routine. Travel Strong: No Gym Required is a two-day workshop built for people who already take their training seriously and want to maintain strength, conditioning, and consistency while on the road.

Over two sessions, we’ll break down how to build challenging, effective workouts using bodyweight progressions, minimal equipment (bands, rings, or TRX-whatever fits in your bag), and creative use of your environment, whether that’s a hotel room, stairwell, park, or basic hotel gym.

You’ll learn how to maintain intensity, structure short but demanding sessions, and adapt your normal training split when traveling. We?ll also cover mobility strategies for long flights and travel days, and how to keep your training consistent without sacrificing quality.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a collection of serious, scalable workouts and programming strategies that allow you to train hard anywhere-no excuses, no mediocre hotel gym required.

This workshop will meet on both Saturday May 2, 2026 and Saturday May 9, 2026.
