AquaAerobics is a water fitness class that provides a full-body cardio workout in shallow, transitional, and deep water. Participants will focus on cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and muscle toning while using the resistance of the water for a challenging, low-impact workout. This class is a great cross-training option for land-based exercise. Class is held in the Lap Pool. This class is free to members, but registration is still required.
