The Little Dragons program is based on the fundamentals of the martial art Choi Kwang Do. Little Dragons provides a safe and welcoming environment focused on developing physical, cognitive, social behavioral, and emotional skills taught through a variety of games and lessons to keep kids engaged.
This program emphasizes that students are only evaluated upon personal development and not in comparison to other students in class. Each week contains a different theme and belt colors are earned.
An optional uniform (shirt and pants) is available for purchase at the front desk.
