Parent & Me Gymnastics is an instructor-led, parent-interactive class designed for children ages 1-3 who can walk independently. With guidance from instructors, parents actively assist their children as they are introduced to basic gymnastics movements and become familiar with gym equipment.
Through exploration and play, children practice movements that support the development of balance, coordination, body awareness, and gross motor skills in a safe and positive environment.
