Line dancing is a great low-impact form of exercise for those who love or are interested in dancing. Fun and easy-to-learn choreographed patterns are performed individually to a variety of music as dancers develop cardiovascular fitness and balance. This class will start at the beginning level with basic line dance concepts and advance to more complicated steps when reasonable. Dances that reflect various dance styles such as the Cha Cha, Salsa, the Hustle and many more will be explored along with some popular line dances and the instructor’s creations. No partner necessary. Wear slippery soled shoes if possible. Join us and get your groove going!
