Water Walking – Tues 9:30 AM

Water Walking is a low-impact aquatic fitness class that uses walking movements in the water to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle, and support joint-friendly exercise. This class is a great option for older adults, beginners, or anyone looking for a gentle workout. Flotation belts are available upon request. This class takes place in the Lap Pool.
