Adult Advanced Beginning/Low Intermediate Tap (Ages 14+)
Come enjoy making music with your feet!
If you have a basic tap dance foundation and are comfortable with beginner-level tap technique and vocabulary, this class is for you. We will develop musicality and timing, refine speed and precision, and combine new steps into fun tap combinations in a positive, supportive, and interactive atmosphere. Please wear comfortable clothing and tap shoes (oxford-style recommended), and bring a water bottle.

Adult Beginner Ballet (Ages 14+)
Whether you’ve never danced a day in your life or you’re returning after years away, this class is for you! Designed for adults and teens age 14 and up, Adult Beginner Ballet offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore ballet basics, build strength and flexibility, and experience the beauty of movement. We’ll focus on foundational technique, posture, and musicality, all at a gentle pace – no prior experience required. Come as you are and discover (or rediscover) the grace of ballet in a fun, encouraging environment.

Adult Hip Hop (Ages 14+)
Unleash your inner rhythm and groove in our Adult Beginner Hip Hop Class! Perfect for those new to hip hop dance or looking to build a solid foundation of movement and rhythm, this class focuses on basic techniques and fundamental moves. You’ll learn to express yourself through dynamic choreography while improving your coordination, strength, and confidence. Join us in a lively, supportive environment where you’ll explore musicality, develop your own style, and connect with fellow dancers. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Get ready to move and have fun!

Adult Pre-Ballet (Ages 14+)
Designed for adults and teens age 14 and up, this beginner-level class, introduces adults to the ballet basics. Dancers will learn the foundations of ballet, including the positions, terminology, and basic leaps and turns. Dancers will also improve on flexibility, mobility, and strength. Join other new dancers in a supportive and skill building environment!

A warm water exercise class designed to help increase range of motion and cardiovascular fitness in older adults. The class will incorporate cardio, light strength training and range of motion exercises. This class will take place in the family pool (90 degree water). This class is FREE to members, but registration is still required.
Please note that we ask everyone to wear masks when participating in the AOA class.
