August/September 2025
Facility Improvement & Refresh Week
To make necessary upgrades and improvements to our downtown facility, we underwent a temporary closure from August 25th to September 1st for Facility Improvement and Refresh Week.
Improvements Made:
- Replacement of the HVAC chiller unit
- Deep-cleaning all floors throughout the facility
- Refreshed lobby space
- Refreshed and reorganized Wellness Floor
- Freshly painted walls and entryway stairwell
- Replacement of shower curtains in locker rooms
- Locker room spaces deep-cleaned and refreshed, including lockers, showers and bathroom stalls
- Mechanical repairs to the Aquatics filtration system
- Annual resurfacing of the Gymnasium floor
- Replaced/updated light fixtures throughout the facility

Locker Room Maintenance
To enhance the quality of our members’ visits, both the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms were closed for deep cleaning and regrouting.

Membership Lobby
Our lobby is a refreshing, new space! Members are greeted with a new membership desk and layout with two ADA access points for improved functionality. In our seating area, visitors can find new carpet, improved lighting, and expanded seating for up to 27 individuals. You can work, relax, and connect in a mixture of comfortable seating options featuring charging outlets, a large community table, and a four-seat workstation along our Aquatics Center window.
September 2024
Wellness Center
We have replaced the Wellness Center flooring as well as the flooring inside Studio D. Equipment in the cardio section has been reduced (don’t worry, your favorites are still here!), and we have installed NEW NuSteps, an Arm Ergometer, new free-weight equipment, six squat racks, new dumbbells, plates, leg press, three benches and more!
Gymnasium
The gymnasium has been sanded down and refinished to bring back our shiny court floor.
