We are so excited to be offering 5 additional weeks of Family Camp programs to our community for Summer 2020. Our team has been working hard to develop plans for making Family Camp fun and safe as possible. In addition to reviewing industry best practices and closely following state and community regulations, we have consulted with other overnight camps in Michigan who are pursuing the same options. Having taken all this information into account, we have landed on a meaningful experience for our camp families!
After being confined to our homes and restricted in how we can gather in public spaces, the freedom to roam our 160 acres will be rejuvenating for our spirits, minds, and bodies. In addition to amazing experiences for your individual family, our camp community will come together for campfires and other Camp AGQ traditions while maintaining physical distancing. It may not be the summer we all hoped and envisioned, but it will allow us to maintain these important connections in our community while also giving us the opportunity to focus on ways we can improve the AGQ experience and facilities so we’re more ready than ever to welcome your children back for the 2021 season.
